Working with Angela has been an incredible experience, When I started in November I was struggling mentally by the impact of two lockdowns and finding it hard to find a work life balance whilst working from home. Ange helped me untangle the fuzz in my head and within weeks I felt like I could see clearly again and this has had the best impact on every area of my life including work and family. She encouraged me to follow my hearts desires, something I had put on hold whilst building up my business and by doing that I started 2021 in the most positive mindset. Angela has helped me find me again and get my sparkle back and I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to do something really positive for themselves.

The Embrace Your Truth course has been absolutely amazing. Not only was it incredibly helpful to listen to Ange speak and to be prompted into thinking about different aspects of life through the homework tasks, , but it was also amazing to listen to other people’s experiences, views and values. It was a very comfortable environment and I never felt pressured or judged in anyway at all!

Ange makes you feel so at ease straight away! And this is a big statement from me because I often struggle with new people. She makes you feel comfortable and as though you want to tell her everything. I am now working with Ange on a one-to-one basis - if you're looking for a life coach I highly recommend!

Having known Ange for many years I always felt a connection with her but never realised just how important she would become in my life!
